With our baby sleeping upstairs we treated ourselves to an at home date. Cheesy, you say? Well yes, we did have some smoked gouda with our wine. And speaking of the wine, this was our VERY LAST bottle of Novello from Villa Sceriman. Our Italy friends will understand how heartbreakingly bittersweet it was to drink this bottle of wine. But with candles flickering and music playing we were able to enjoy adult conversation as husband & wife instead of as momma & daddy. Splendid night!
