Tonight was our first community group meeting of 2012.  [Photographed are 4 of the 7 regularly meeting couples + Forrest, the head organizer and biggest "cheerleader" (his word choice) of the Quest community groups.]   It was also our first community group meeting with MM and myself as the new group leaders.  I, personally, went back and forth on whether we should be the leaders.  MM was pretty sure in his decision from the get-go.  But, in the end we both felt it would be a good thing.  We felt God wanted us to step out and do something bigger, so here we are... stepping out. 
If there is any group I would want to lead, it would be this group (not biased at all).  They have become our family in Georgia and we so appreciate having some "family" near by.  We look forward to our weekly meetings, we look forward to BBQs and nights out, we look forward to developing closer relationships to one another, and we look forward to growing deeper in our faith and walk with Jesus Christ.  Amen. Amen.
