A whole decade of service: working a variety of jobs from aide station medic, to combat medic, to senior line medic, to parartrooper, to teacher of basic training medical skills, to Emergency Room medic, to running the entire Emergency Department.
The Army has moved him from his childhood home to Georgia for Basic, to Texas for AIT, to Kansas, to Italy, to Oklahoma, and back to Georgia (where we presently reside) again.
He has spent over 2 years of his life deployed; fighting in both OIF (Iraq war) and OEF (Afghanistan war).
MM is smart, compassionate, strong, and dedicated. He works long hours, sacrificing many personal freedoms. I know he doesn't hear it nearly enough, so I want to take a moment to say Thank You for all you've done, serving our country, these past 10 years. Happy Army Anniversary.
My husband. Their Daddy. Our Hero.
Love this! What a wonderful resume of such a selfless job. You are appreciated more than anyone could put into words but Amber did a pretty good job with this. I may not know Marshall personally but as a mil spouse, I know how every job is important and you def don't hear enough how much good you do. Thank you for your service. :)
