1m old

Our little girl is 1 month old today!  What an amazingly fast, busy, sleepy, joyful, and a bit stressful month!  Everyone always advises new parents to enjoy babies because they grow up too quickly.  I have been determined to soak up as much newborn cuddliness as possible with Baby L, but even while being conscience of her quick growth, I am still surprised that an entire month has already passed.  She remains tiny, wearing newborn diapers and clothes, but she is definitely filling out.  Her cheeks and thighs are getting chunky and she has some adorable double chin action... if it is even possible, I believe she gets cuter and more squeezable by the day. 

Zoo day fun!

Today is Nana's last full day with us.  It's been a nice week with lots of quality time and we are ending her trip with a visit to the zoo!  Watching J's reaction and excitement over the animals is such a joy.
